I am always one to ‘over think’ things but with this project, it just kinda came together. I love the way the colours on these cards just ‘pop’ on the black. They were super easy to put together and will be super handy for the kids when they have Birthday Parties to attend.

I will have a Class for these advertised on my Facebook Page soon. In the meantime, you can view or purchase from the list of products used below.  You don’t have to use all of the colours listed below, you could use the ‘Stamp On, Stamp Off’ technique to do the base of the balloons.
